Who we are
Driftwood & Rose LLC is a creative studio in the Triangle, North Carolina. This page explains what we collect through driftwoodandrose.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
Two things. When you fill out one of our forms, we collect what you type into it. On our contact page, that’s your name, email address, project type, budget range, and message. When you visit any page, our hosting provider records the standard technical information your browser sends automatically, including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view.
How our forms work
Our contact form runs on our own website, not an outside form service. When you send it, your message goes straight to our inbox at hello@driftwoodandrose.com and we email you a short confirmation. The form doesn’t save your submission to a database on our site. The one exception is the inquiry form on our landing page, driftwoodandrose.com/landing, which is run by Tally. Tally stores what you submit there and handles it under its own privacy policy.
What we do with it
We use it to answer you, to scope and deliver the work you asked about, and to keep the site running. We don’t use it for automated decision-making or to build advertising profiles.
We don’t sell it
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the providers that help us run the site and reply to you (our web host, our email provider, Tally for the landing-page form, and the project tools we use to keep track of inquiries), and only as far as they need it to do that work.
Cookies, fonts, and embedded forms
We keep cookies to a minimum, and we don’t run advertising or retargeting cookies on this site. Our pages load type from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers to fetch it. Our landing page also loads Tally’s form script, so your browser contacts Tally when you open that page, and Tally may set its own cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries, whether they arrive through a form or by email, while we’re working together and for ordinary business records after that, typically up to three years from our last contact. Then we delete them.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@driftwoodandrose.com and we’ll take care of it. This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
