Rose came up through agencies and saw what volume does to the work. She and her sister Sarah built D&R as the other bet: fewer clients, real relationships, and work that lasts longer than a quarter.

We're based in the Triangle because it's home, and we work with companies across Raleigh, Cary, Durham, and Chapel Hill.

10+ years in brand and creative direction. Creative direction at The Digital Ring. Brand Design Manager at C Squared Social. As Creative Director at Designity, Rose led three client accounts: SABRE, Farmgirl Flowers, and One Dutch Hotel. One of those accounts alone ran to 199+ deliverables across 27 projects. 250+ clients across 15+ industries, from healthcare and finance to hospitality and education. Brand strategy, identity systems, creative direction.

The studio's idea machine. Sarah dreams up the directions worth trying, keeps every relationship close from kickoff to launch, and knows how a website works under the hood, which is why the things Rose designs actually load on a phone.
